Betty Louise Fisher Nee, McMullen February 23, 1941 – June 23, 2015 Betty Fisher was born in Miller, Nebraska to Joel & Esther McMullen. Betty moved to Colorado Springs in 1980, and while here owned and operated several cafes. She is probably most remembered for operating "Betty Boops Cafe" which was located on Platte Place and Platte Ave. Betty is survived by her husband Frank, a daughter Billie Jo Osburn, a grandson Damian Clasby, a brother Robert McMullen, and a sister Carol Cernik. Visitation is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm, Dove-Witt Family Mortuary Chapel 6630 S.
