Thomas Wesley Ritter, age 85, died Thursday, May 12, 1866, in a hospital at Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born March 30, 1881, at Hazel Valley, Arkansas, the son of James M. and Anna Armetta (Wier) Ritter. He and Mrs. Adaline "Addie" ( Robertson) Stacey were married January 7, 1911. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jesse Franklin Ritter; and a sister, Emma Maud Ritter. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Dillard O. "D. O." Ritter, James Thomas Ritter and Carl Edward "Lee" Ritter; two daughters, Cleo Tomlinson, Amy Ritter and Berdie Puckett; nine grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 16, 1966, at Black Oak Church. Burial in Black Oak Cemetery near Winslow, Arkansas. Arrangements are by Nelsons Fuberal Home.
