Kaluza, Jr., parents John Wenceslaus Vampola and Anna Josephine Stock Vampola; sisters Anna Marie Chapman, Rose Mary Probst, Agnes Hajek, Mary Lou Johanek; brothers John, Joseph and Herman Vampola; grandsons Tim Hrabak and Kenneth Kaluza: daughter in laws Rowena Kaluza and Peggy Weeth. She is survived by her 6 children; 17 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; three sisters; nieces, nephews other family and friends. John A Gentleman Mortuary
