Margie Freda (David) Vanecek, 90, departed this life on April 29, 2022. She was born January 24, 1932, to parents Emil and Freda (Krnavek) David. Margie was married to George L. Vanecek. She is preceded in death by her husband; sisters, Evelyn, Gertrude, and Martha; and brothers, Albert, Clifton, Emil, Frank, Richard and Ted. Margie leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Larry Vanecek pf Richardson, Texas, Ronald Vanecek and Richard Vanecek, both of Temple, Texas; a daughter, Michelle Vanecek of Temple, Texas; a granddaughter, Tegan Jacobson of Georgetown, Texas; a sister, Alice Hesselmeyer of Taylor, Texas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Margie will be laid to rest at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 6, 2022, at Calvary Cemetery in Granger, Texas.
