Nyle James Doyle 1935 - 2022 ❦ Early Life: Nyle was born July 4, 1935, in Lehi, Utah, to James Francis and Margie S. Harper Doyle. His siblings are Donna Shumway and Alfred Lee Doyle. ❦ Life's Work | Service | Interests: On October 7, 1955, he married his honey, Coleen Chatwin. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on March 15, 1974. Together they raised six children: Nyleen Zuniga, LeAnn (Donald) Angus, Lyle (Michelle) Doyle, Toni (Kris) Turner, Scott Wesley Doyle, and Shelly (David) Beratto. The result of their love is 17 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. ❦ Nyle worked at Geneva Steel for 31 years as a steel worker and crane operator. His free time was spent outdoors, fishing, hunting, traveling, and spending as much time as he could with his family. As an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he held the office of high priest. ❦ Nyle made an enormous impact on everyone that he came in contact with. The lives he has changed and the hearts he has touched are immeasurable. The patriarch of our family will be immensely missed by everyone that knew and loved him. James Doyle, of Pleasant Grove, Utah, passed away on the morning of April 24, 2022, surrounded by his loving wife and children.
