Agnes L. Bohac, 89, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Will-O-Bell Nursing Home in Bartlett, surrounded by her family. Agnes was born in Granger, Dec. 12, 1926, to Louis and Rosie (Nemec) Hajda. She married Albin N. Bohac on April 15, 1947. Agnes was a housewife who worked alongside her husband farming their land. She was a 75-year member of the KJZT and a member of the SSC&M Altar Society. She was an excellent baker especially kolaches, buchtas, strudel and sponge cake. She enjoyed her garden and flowers. She also enjoyed sewing ans quilting. She was preceded in death by husband Albin N. Bohac, parents Louis and Rosie Hajda, and sisters Angeline Repa and Marie Repa. Survivors include her sons Albin Bohac Jr., and wife Clarice of Brenham, Robert (Bobby) Bohac and wife Diane of Bartlett, Franklin Bohac and wife Kimberly of Taylor; her daughters Donna Kaderka and husband Leslie of Granger and Susan Krueger and husband Scott of Salado; her 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; her brothers V.J. Hajda of Taylor and Louis Hajda Jr. and wife Loretta of Granger; her sister Martha Cervenka of Bartlett; and numerous nieces, nephews and close family friends. Rosary will be held Tuesday, May 31, at 7 p.m. at Providence Funeral Home, Taylor. Celebration of Life Mass will be held Wednesday, June 1, at 10 a.m. at the SSC&M Recreation Center in Granger. Burial will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Granger. Pallbearers will be grandsons Paul Bohac, Matthew Bohac, Nick Kaderka, Courtney Dodge, Kyle Bohac and Eric Kaderka. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons Wayne Bohac, Bradley Bohac, Tyler Bohac, Jerry Sullivan, Cody Trautmann and Zachary Bohac. Memorials may be made to the SSC&M Catholic Church in Granger, the Granger Fire Department or Hospice.
