Dorothy "Nenaw" Carroll, 77, of Deer Park, died Sept. 2, 2006. Mrs. Carroll retired from Dillards Dept. Store. She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Ralph Carroll, and sister, Jonell Hendricks. She is survived by three daughters, Kathryn Pearsall and husband David, Huntsville, TX, Charlene Cross, Deer Park, Carolyn Carroll, St. Louis, MO; eight grandchildren, Tracy Zervas, Laurie DeVore, Christi Wedel, Rodney Freudenberg II, Matt Freudenberg, Krystal Williams, Ashley Williams and Jacob Pearsall; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, Sept. 5 in the Chapel of Deer Park Funeral Directors with Pastor Alus Dove. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday at Steep Hollow Cemetery, Bryan, TX. Pallbearers Rodney Freudenberg II, Dr. Burkitt Jensen, Charles Hendricks, Bo Williams, Matt Freudenberg, Bobby Hendricks, Jacob Pearsall, Sandee Hartsfield, Harry Weedon Jr. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday. In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5005 LBJ Fwy., Ste. 250, Dallas, TX 75244. -- The Eagle - September 4, 2006
