TUPELO - Funeral services for Allen Grady Ingram, 77, will be held Tuesday Dec 5, 1972 at 10:30 a.m. in the Tupelo Baptist Church. Anthony Lalli, assisted by Tom Wacster, will conduct the rites. Mr. Ingram was born Jan. 21, 1895, in Winnsboro, Tx., the 11th child of Andrew Jackson Ingram and Amanda R. Browning. He died Saturday Dec 2, 1972 in the Valley View Hospital in Ada, Ok. of a Cerebral hemorrhage. He was a Veteran of World War I and was a retired farmer. He married Anna Bell Angel, July 22, 1920, in Lula. Survivors include his wife, Anna Bell, of the home; seven sons, Lelland K., Fritch, Tx., Hanzel and Allen G. Jr., both of Borger, Tx., Lee Roy and Bobby, both of Tupelo, Harrison J., Ada, and James E., Duncan; four daughters, Thelma Walker, Tupelo, Betty Griffin, Quinlan, Tx., Odetta Hudson, Stratford, Tx., and Melba Anderson, Tacoma, Wash.; one sister, Lillian Warner, Melrose, N.M.; 38 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Leonard Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
