Ada Evening News, Fri. Nov. 16, 2001 Annie Ingram Tupelo - Services for Annie Bell Ingram, 98 Tupelo are 2 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 17, 2001) at Tupelo Church of Christ, Troy Yandell officiating. Burial follows at Pleasant Grove Cemetery near Tupelo. Mrs. Ingram died Nov. 14, 2001, at her home. She was born Sept. 26, 1903, at Madill Indian Territory, to Harrison Joshua and Paralee Grooms Angel. She attended school at Lula. she was a homemaker. she was a member of Tupelo Church of Christ for many years. A member of the Ladies Bible class and active in Tupelo Senior Citizens. She married Allen Grady Ingram July 22, 1920, at Lula. he died Dec. 2, 1972. She was preceded in death by two sons, Hank Ingram and Leroy Ingram; and six grandchildren, Doris Fay Ingram, Roger Griffin, Cara Lynn Ingram, Peggy Ingram, Alvina Ingram and Alveta Ingram. Survivors include, five sons Leallen K. Ingram and Allen Jr. Ingram, both of Fritch, Texas, Bobby J. Ingram, Tupelo, Harrison J. Ingram, Ada, and James E. Ingram, Norman; four daughters, Thelma Walkup, Tupelo, Betty Reed, Campbell, Texas, Odetta Hudson, Stratford, Texas and Melba Anderson, Oklahoma City; 38 grandchildren, 79 great-grandchildren and 30 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation is today from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Brown's Funeral Home Chapel, Tupelo. bearers are her grandsons, Honorary bearers are her nephews, S. L. Angel, J.R. Angel, Dale Dugan, Dean Dugan, Jerry Dugan, and Leon Angel. Brown's Funeral Home, Tupelo, is in charge of arrangements.
