Didnt like using Mrs but its listed that way and still wondering if its the former Sarah Brooks. Francis is a male name, the women's version is Frances. Not sure about her first name. It should be Sarah, maybe her middle name is Francis. Sarah Brooks married William H Johns on 8/17/1872 in Giles County, Tennessee. 1860 Cannot locate. There are referrals to a Sarah St Johns but its not her. 1870 census Giles Co TN At home, parents Andy ae 40 and Francis Brooks (BORN 1832 GA)ae 38 and 7 siblings. b 1855 GA 1880 census Giles Co she is listed as Sarah Johns b 1854 in AL m to WH Johns with three children 1900 census Giles Co listed as Sarah Johns b in GA May 1854 bore 11 children, 7 alive by census. M 1874 to William Johns b in TN June 1846 with 5 children 1910 census Giles Co still listed as Sarah Johns married to W Hilary Johns with 2 children-bore 11 children with only 7 living by 1910 Death certificate states parents are Elisha Brooks and Francis Bowers b 1856 GA d 2/14/1919 Giles Co TN Several tree families on Ancestry (not necessarily true) that her full name is Frances Sarah Brooks I've exhausted my research on this far out on the branch family member.
