Bio
Lou Ellen Klick passed from this life on January 8, 2022 at the age of 70 after a battle with COPD. Lou was born on July 27, 1951 in Arcata, CA. Lou loved her family and friends. In her earlier years Lou enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, cooking, painting ceramics, playing cards and especially her boys activities. In her later years she loved spending special times with her grandchildren. After staying home when her boys were younger Lou served as Food Service Manager for the Irving ISD and retired after 21 years of service. Lou was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Bobby Klick, parents Mary and Barker Bounds Sr. and sister Lydia Bounds. Lou is survived by her sons Robert Klick and wife Angie and their children Kambrie and Kellan of Wimberley, TX and Chris Klick and wife Kindra and their children Kane and Kenna of Midlothian, TX, her sister Linda Meador and husband Roy and her brothers Barker Bounds Jr. and wife Joni and Billy Bounds and wife Lora along with nieces and nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Jeter and Sons Funeral Home 332 Cedar Street Cedar Hill,TX 75104 Followed by a private interment for the immediate family in Irving, TX.
