E.F. Luttrell Rites Friday Elmer F. Luttrell, 60, Williston, N.D., died July 30 in Williston. He was born Oct. 15, 1899, in Maysville Okla., and moved to Mobeetie with his parents at the age of five. He was reared and educated in Mobeetie and attended West Texas State College in Canyon. He was in the armed forces during World War I. On July 6, 1919, he married the former Lelan Fee in Pampa. He entered the postal service here in 1925 and lived here until 1947 when he moved to Williston. He was a rural mail carrier threr for several years and for the past two years operated a filling station. Survivors include: His wife; two sons, Warren R., Sawyer, Kan., and Paul, Amarillo; one daughter, Mrs. Ludan Douthit, Barstow; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Wheeler Methodist Church with the Rev. Robert Ely and the Rev. D.C. Evans of Shamrock officiating. Burial will be in the Mobeetie Cemetery.
