Obituary Dallas Morning News December 23, 2007 Lillian Ruth Alberts, 78, of DeSoto, TX passed away December 20, 2007. She is survived by her husband of 61 years: Melvin R. Alberts, Sr.; children: Melvin "Bubba" , and his wife, Dee Alberts, Jr., Gene, and his wife Kelly Alberts and Shirley R. Alberts; grandchildren: Shannon and husband Travis Bright, Brad Alberts, and great grandson Taylor Bright; brothers: Floyd and Jimmy Pringle. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, December 27, 2007 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, Lane B, Dallas, TX. In lieu of usual remembrances, the family requests contributions be made to the SPCA of Texas, 362 S. Industrial Blvd., Dallas, TX 75207-4496. West / Hurtt Funeral Home 217 S.
