Married Amanda M. Withrow, d/o Richardson Withrow & Elizabeth King, Dec 18, 1876. Obituary extraction from Wayne County newspaper, 6/16, 1932, pg. 43: Jonathon G., son of Wesley and Nancy Jean Leathers, was born August 11, 1852 and died June 2, 1932. He married Mandy Withrow December 9, 1874. They had several children. All died in infancy except seven: James of San Fernando, California; Tillie Pierson of Beebe, Arkansas, Marilda Reed of East Alton, Illinois, Amos of Alton, Illinois, Walter, John and Pearl of Cisne. His wife died October 16, 1907.
