Vera Eliza Shipley Bult Vera Eliza Shipley Bult, age 96, passed away February 15, 1994 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born December 29, 1897 in Provo, Utah, to Thomas and Eliza Foote Shipley. She married John Taylor Bult, December 6, 1917 in Salt Lake City, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church. She was a former Relief Society president and stake board member in the Salt Lake Stake. She is survived by a son-in-law, Merrill Y. Foutz, Georgia; three grandsons; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Foutz. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 18, 1994, 12 noon in the Russon Brothers Mortuary, 255 South 200 East.
