WUENSCHE, C. A. "Collie" of Thorndale. Age 87. Died 1/24/1989 (Tuesday) at his home. Services held (Thursday) at St.Paul Lutheran Church in Thorndale. Burial in church cemetery. Rev. Vernon M. Appel officiated. He was a lifetime resident of Thorndale. BORN 2/25/1901 in Thorndale. From 1927-1988 he owned the Chevrolet dealership in Thorndale. Member of above church, Lutheran Layman League and Thorndale Fire Dept. Married Regina Moerbe on 2/14/1926. Preceded in death by 5 brothers and 1 sister. SURVIVORS: Wife, Regina Wuensche of Thorndale; daughter, Dolores & husband, Andrew Greinert of Taylor; 2 sons, Charles Albert Wuensche, Jr. & wife, Debbie of Houston, Earl Wuensche & wife, Evelyn of Thorndale; sister, Mrs. George (Lillie) Tubb of Palestine; brother, Leonard Wuensche of Thorndale; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
