Bio
Joel John Becker, a loving husband, best friend and beloved father, grandpa, brother and friend went to heaven on August 13th, 2021. Joel was happiest spending time outdoors. Family and friends will remember summers filled with camping and fishing trips to the Kelly Creek area and the Oregon Coast, the fall hunting expeditions, the sunny days on the golf course and evenings playing card games and dominos. He was proud to be a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army from 1962-1965. Joel will always be loved and remembered by his wife of 55 years, Joyce, daughters Jean Klingman (Stuart) and Janet Dunn, son J.J. (Christine Grecco) and grandchildren Matthew Klingman, Kyle Dunn, Justice Dunn, Lola Grecco, Sheldon Becker and Penelope Becker, as well as brother Jay Becker III, sister Jacque Ford and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 am on Friday, September 10th, 2021 at St. Thomas More Church, 505 W. St. Thomas More Way, Spokane, WA 99208.
