Bio

Chauncey, the youngest of four children born to Otis and Emma Kaper Bass, married Anne Berko, on Oct 19, 1939, in Missoula, Montana. (Montana, U.S., County Marriage Records, 1865-1993) The only known child of this marriage is, David Bass, of Hamilton, Montana, listed as the "informant" on Chaunceys' death certificate, (Montana, U.S., State Deaths, 1907-2016, Certificate Number201141-005286). According to that certificate Chauncey was to be cremated be "Daly-Leach Crematory" in Hamilton, Montana. The "Headstone" indicates that Anne Bass (Berko), his wife, is burried here. She too was to be cremated, according to Chauncey, listed as, the "Informant" on her Montana Death Certificate, #201041-003546. Also to have been done by "Daly-Leach Crematory" in Hamilton, Montana. Perhaps the Urns ARE buried here? This memorial is eatablished in Remembrance of him, along with her.
