Bio
Roy is the oldest of four children born to Otis & Emma Kaper Bass. He married Leora E. Weimer-Nixon, on Sept. 9, 1948, in Great Falls, Casade, Montana. (Montana, U.S., County Marriages, 1865-1987) They married late in life and no known children were born to this marriage. Actual death and burial facts are unknown for Roy and he was living with his wife, in the Denver area, before her death.
