Bio

Funeral services for Fannie Knight Stewart, 90, of Rosepine will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2 in the Providence Baptist Church in Rosepine with the Rev. Joe David Pool officiating. Burial will be in the Providence Cemetary under the direction of Beauregard/Vernon Funeral Home. Mrs. Stewart passed away Thursday, Jan. 30 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of Vemon Parish. Survivors include her husband, Raymond H. Stewart, of Rosepine; three sons, E. L. Knight, of Vidor , Texas, Thomas Knight and Mark Knight, both of Rosepine; and five daughters, Velva James, Velma Lockhart, Ruth Bailey and Agnes Spade, all of Rosepine and Dora Blanchard, of DeRidder. Visitation will begin today at 10:30 a.m. until service time at the church.
