Bio

Eleanor E. Harris Clanin, 72 of Indianapolis, Formerly of Peoria, died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born Sept. 12, 1927, in Peoria to Earl and Agnes Bisco Harris. Surviving are her mother, Agnes Gaba of Illinois; two sons, Kevin of Oklahoma and Shawn of Michigan; one daughter, Connie Clanin Keesee of Mooreville, Ind; 10 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Two sons, one brother and one sister preceded her in death. A graduate of Illinois Central College, she was a retired licensed practical nurse. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Family Funeral Care in Indianapolis, where visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Cremation will be accorded following the services. Burial of ashes will be Sunday in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Darlington, Ind.
