Tony Vachal, age 64, passed away peacefully at Maple Crest Health Center on July 20, 2021. He was born March 3, 1957 to Joe and Ruth Ann (Minor) Vachal in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Tony lived in Ralston, NE the majority of his life until moving to LaVista in 1987. Tony enjoyed riding his Harley, motocross racing and spending time with his family. His pride and joy was his Harley Davidson. Tony is survived by wife of 32 years, Jean (Jisa) Vachal; parents, Joe and Ruth Vachal; children, Tony Lee Jr., (Ashley), Joe and Sonja Troutman; grandchildren, Amelia, Ally, Anna, Stephen, Shelton and Liberty; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home, 1221 N. 16th St., Council Bluffs, IA 51501 on Saturday, July 24, 2021. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM at Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home on Saturday, July 24, 2021. The family will direct memorials.
