Co-pilot B-17's with 359th Bomb Sqn, 303rd Bomb Grp, 8th AF. Flew 35 combat missions to complete his tour. Became a commercial Pilot following WWII. Killed in aircraft accident at Houston International Airport. Funeral - Garden of Gethsamane Baptist Church, Houston, Texas
