Rosemary Garrison, 81, of Sweet Springs, MO, died Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at her son's home in Sedalia, MO. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 8, 2021, at the Assembly of God Church in Sweet Springs, with Rev. Tommy Mapes officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Sweet Springs. Memorials are suggested to Assembly of God in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Born June 15, 1939, in Sweet Springs, she was the daughter of the late Walter Lee Hursman and Margaret M. Hays Hursman. On February 6, 1955, in Sweet Springs, she married Charles L. Garrison who preceded her in death on September 22, 1999. She lived in Sweet Springs her entire Life and worked at Rival Manufacturing for 35 years. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Sweet Springs. Survivors include four children, Ronnie Lee Garrison and Sam Leonard Garrison both of Sweet Springs, Charlene Esqueda and Rusty Lynn Garrison (Shelley) of Sedalia; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; four siblings, Harold "Pee Wee" Hursman of Higginsville, MO, Jerry Hursman of Sweet Springs, Shirley Burnett of Stover, MO and Ruby Garrison of Sweet Springs; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Jimmy, Alvin, Marvin, Blueford and Eddie Hursman; one sister, Zelma Hall; and one nephew, Robert Hursman.
