Bio
Gary Wayne Cernoch of White Plains, Maryland, died on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center in La Plata. He was 64 years old. Born on June 26, 1952 at Patuxent River, MD, he was the son of Joyce Ann Cernoch and the late J. B. Cernoch Jr. Gary served in the U. S. Navy during Vietnam. Later, he was a talented and skilled carpenter who worked in the construction industry. In addition to his mother, Gary is survived by his children Matthew Scott Cernoch, Larissa Marie Cernoch and Amanda Joyce Cernoch; siblings James Arnold Cernoch and his wife Theresa, Beth Anne McKinney and her husband Richard; nieces Allison Cernoch and Nicki Crumrine; nephews Riley Cernoch and Jeremy Crumrine; his uncle John Cernoch and his wife Marge. Interment will be private at Maryland Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, Md. Memorial contributions may be made to New Life Church 9690 Shepherd's Creek Place La Plata, MD 20646.
