Herald Coaster, September 17, 2003: Memorial services for Richard "Dick" Stegall, 65, of Richmond, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 19, 2003, at Calvary Episcopal Church in Richmond. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg, with the Rev. Frankie Rodriguez officiating. Dick was born Sept. 26, 1937 in Eustace to Bennett and Jonnie Hooper Stegall and passed away Sept. 16, 2003 in Richmond. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bennett Stegall and Jonnie Pierce; and brother, David Anderson. Dick is survived by children, Michael Stegall and wife, Teresa, of Artesia, NM, Michelle Taylor and husband, Randy, of Artesia, NM; brother, John Anderson and wife, Pat, of Richmond; grandchildren, Kendra and Kelsey Stegall of Artesia, NM, and Cody Taylor of Artesia, NM; aunt, Katherine Lawrence of Kilgore; nephews, Peyton Anderson of Richmond, and Chad Anderson and wife, Rachel, of Allen; numerous other family and friends.
