Bobby Leon Otts Bobby Leon Otts Bobby Leon Otts, 72 of Liberty, Missouri passed away peacefully at Northcare Hospice House on August 10, 2018. Bobby was born in San Patricio, Texas to Elzie Ray and Alvie Jane Otts on March 30, 1946. Bobby worked in the oil and trucking industries for most of his life. He is survived by his wife Jean Edmonds of the home and three sisters Versie Ray, Sandy and Jean. A memorial service will be held, Wednesday at 9:00 am at North Cross United Methodist Church, 1321 NE Vivion Rd., 64118. Arrangements entrusted to Cashatt Family Funeral Home.
