Married (1) Anna Mary Stuchl on November 18, 1919 at Fremont, Nebr. (divorced). Married (2) Mrs. Mary (Sindelar) Machacek on July 5, 1924 in Cook County, Ill. According to a transcription of his death certificate he died at his residence, 5242 W 24th Place on November 20, 1954 and was buried November 24.
