Thanks to contributor #48796369 Ignatz Krolikowski, 81, of Loup City died Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, at St. John's Good Samaritan Center in Kearney. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Francis Catholic Church in Ashton, with the Rev. Martin Egging officiating. Burial will be in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery in Ashton. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at Higgins Funeral Home in Loup City, and will continue from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church with a vigil service at 7. Mr. Krolikowski was born July 7, 1926, at Ashton to Martin and Agnes (Tyma) Krolikowski. Survivors of the immediate family include two sisters, Theresa Waltman of Ravenna and Esther Baker of Ashton. He grew up in Ashton and attended school District 56 and St. Francis Parochial School. He farmed throughout his life and did some construction work. He was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Ashton. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Victor and Alozy Krolikowski and three sisters, Gertrude Waskowiak, Vernie Lubash and Lucille Gawrick.
