Bio

Last rites for Howard Bridgeforth Fain, 37, Lester Rt. 1, were held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. He died at his residence Friday at 6:45 p.m. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery with Rev. J. A. Perkins officiating and the Rev. Almon Perry assisting. Survivors include his wife, Lois Jackson Fain; one daughter, Miss Katenna Joy Fain; four brothers, Thomas Fain, Athens Rt. 5, Arthur Fain, Athens Rt. 5, Robert Fain, Athens, and Mason Fain, Athens; his mother, Mrs. Cora Fain, Athens Rt. 5.
