Bio

According to her death certificate she died in Amarillo, Texas. It states removal, so I am not entirely sure she is buried here or if she was buried in Amarillo. No memorial for either. When Essie Steller Shaw was born on February 7, 1874, in Georgia, her father, John, was 32, and her mother, Martha, was 31. She had two sisters. She died on December 6, 1962, in Potter, Texas, at the age of 88, and was buried in Lubbock, Texas.
