Funeral services for Wallace Ray Martin, 60, of Anacoco, Louisiana were Tuesday, January 17, 2012, at Beech Grove Congregational Methodist Church in Anacoco, Rev. Brent Noble officiated. Burial followed in the Beech Grove Cemetery in Anacoco, LA. Wallace, the son of Gervis Martin and Sarah Hornback Martin was born on February 25, 1951, in Elizabeth, Louisiana. He passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2012, in Shreveport, LA. Mr. Martin loved the outdoors. He was a hunter & fisherman and enjoyed horseback riding. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sarah Martin and 1st wife, Dorothy Martin. He is survived by his wife of Anacoco, LA; his four children; one step-daughter of Anacoco, LA; father & step-mother of Anacoco, LA; three sister and one brother and 21 grandchildren.
