BRODNAX, Bruce B. of Mexia. Age 77. Died 3/15/90 (Thursday) in Scott & White Hospital. Graveside services held 3/17 (Sat.) in the Mexia Cemetery. Phillips & Luckey, Rockdale, in charge of arrangements. He was a Rockdale resident for 39 years. BORN 6/20/12 in Coolidge to M/M. Bruce B. & Hilda M. Brodnax. He was a construction foreman. He and wife, Vivian Mae Anthis had been married for 17 years. Preceded in death by parents. SURVIVORS: Wife, Vivian of Rockdale; son, Bill J. Brodnax of Odessa; daughter, Charlene B. Luetge of Rockdale; 3 sisters, Louise Hancock, Sybil Henderson and Polly Schuler, all of Houston; 2 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
