Bio

Mrs. Frank Bean, well known around Jewell, died suddenly at Concordia last Tuesday. She was a daughter of Noble Byers. Her remains were brought to this place Wednesday evening. Published in the Jewell County Republican Friday, October 2, 1891, Page 1 Rev. H. G. Breed preached the funeral of Mrs. Bean at the Chapel last Thursday. The rain prevented many attending the burial service. Published in the Jewell County Republican Friday, October 9, 1891 Receipt issued to Noble Byers (Sarah's father) by Concordia funeral home reflects costs associated with services rendered and indicates internment in Couch cemetery.
