Linda McNiel Dugger March 18, 1938 - January 7, 2021 Linda McNiel Dugger of Plano, Texas passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 82. She was born on March 18, 1938 to Pierce B. and Connie (Odle) McNiel in McKinney, Texas. Linda married James Lee Dugger on July 25, 1959 in McKinney, Texas. She worked Collins Radio which later became Rockwell for over 20 years. She is survived by her son, Steve Dugger and wife, Anne of Plano, Texas; grandson, Dr. Sam Dugger and fiancé, Sarah Choi of Houston, Texas; sister, Ruth Kennedy of Fairview, Texas; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Lee Dugger; daughter, Lori Beth Dugger; brother, Billy Neal McNiel; sisters, Pat Davis, Sue McNeil, Sherry Ferrill, Judy McNiel. A memorial graveside will be held at a later date.
