He worked as an electrician and in maintenance. On February 28, 2003, Bill was united in marriage to Emily (Bialas) Semin in David City, NE. He was a member of the American Legion, Dwight, NE and the Bee Ballroom Committee. Bill passed away on August 4, 2014 at his home in Bee, NE at the age of 71 years, 7 months and 30 days.
