Joseph E. Maresh, 74, funeral will be held Tuesday at St. Wenceslaus Catholic church with burial in the parish cemetery. He died Saturday at West Point. He was born Aug. 12, 1907 near Dodge. He was married on Aug. 12, 1931 to Gertrude Stalp at West Point. He was survived by his wife, 3 sons, 1 daughter, 15 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 2 brothers: Emil, Rudolph both at Dodge; 3 sisters: Hattie Maresh at Dodge, Mrs. Victor {Betty} Birkel at Mission Hills, California; Mrs. Herman {Lillian} Ortmeier at West Point.
