Bernice Supak, 85, of Granger passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the Will-O-Bell Nursing Home in Bartlett. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at the Providence Funeral Home of Taylor, Tx. Celebration of Life Mass Service will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Granger with Father Isidore Ndagizimana and Msgr. John Frizelle officiating. Burial will follow at the Holy Cross Cemetery. Bernice was born in Granger, TX. on June 14, 1919 to Peter and Mary Katherine (Volka) Nemec. She married Adolph Supak on July 27, 1937 at the SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Granger. Bernice was a very generous and loving woman. She enjoyed sewing and making beautiful handwork, including all kinds of quilts for her family. She also enjoyed gardening and cooking. Bernice was a lifetime member of the KJZT and a member of the SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church in Granger. Bernice is preceded in death by her husband Adolph Supak, five sisters, and one brother. She is survived by her four children, Bernice Tesmer and husband, Raymond of Round Rock, Mary Ann Valenta and husband, John of Jarrell, Adolph Supak and wife, Barbara of Georgetown, and Patsy Votaw and husband, Jim of Flower Mound; ten grandchildren, John Valenta, Katherine Kissmann, Rebecca Bilicek, Darrell Tesmer, Dean Tesmer, Jean Ann Tesmer, Scott Supak, Christine Miller, Antoine Votaw, and Adrienne Votaw; fourteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
