s/o Isaac B. Mankins & Hannah Belle Mann (location of father unknown) Note: In spite of what marker shows: Emzy O. Mankins birth date was 11-27-1883. He was born in TX. He is said to have died in 1918 during the flu epidemic. His death would have been after his WWI Draft Card was done which is dated Sept.12,1918.
