Bio

Nancy Jo Coker passed away on Friday, 09 June 1933, of stomach flu. She was 8 months old. Miss Coker was born on Sunday, 11 September 1932, to Argus Troy Coker, Sr. and Myrtle Alabama Foster Coker, in Kemp, Kaufman County, Texas. She was the sixth of eight children born to this union, and the first Coker child to pass. She was preceded in death by paternal grandfather Thomas Benton Coker, paternal grandmother Jane Cowley Coker, maternal grandfather Thomas Alfred Foster, and maternal grandmother Jemima Evans Foster. Survivors include her parents, brother Lawrence Earl Coker, brother Doyle Vernon Coker, sister Dorris Coker, and brother Argus Troy Coker, Jr. Interment occurred at Lone Oak Cemetery of Kaufman County, Texas.
