Mildred "Millie" Inez Thompson, 95, of McAlester, Oklahoma passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at Walnut Grove Living Center in McAlester. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Chaney's Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Kerry Kirkhart officiating. Millie was born on August 16, 1925 at home in Arpelar, Oklahoma to Henry and Hazel (Hogan) Sealey. She worked as a hairdresser and as a licensed practical nurse. She enjoyed travelling and country dancing. Millie is survived by her daughter: Tresia (Manos) George; her grandchildren: Denise Tucker and husband, Jeff, Katy Hamilton, and Dawn DeBaun and husband, Gene Peevy; her great grandchildren: Chase Tucker and wife, Christine, and Colt Tucker and wife, Molly; her great-great grandchildren: Ken Yott and wife, Cheryl, Tracy Matthews and husband, Ken, and Julie Brennan and husband, Danny; and, many very loving great nieces and great nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband: Chuck Thompson; her good friend and travelling companion: Marvin Holmes; her son: Jerry L. Manos (Mem. 38477468); a grandson: Michael Manos (Mem. 154982998); brothers: Milton Hogan and Junior Sealey; and a sister: Lu Yott.
