Mr. Neil English Mr. Neil English, 78, paased from this life on Thursday May 31, 2018, at Northeast Mississippi Medical Center. A celebration of his life is scheduled for 2pm Monday, June 4, 2018, in the chapel of Corinthian Funeral Home, 506 Kilpatrick street Corinth, Mississippi, with Bro. Philip Capels and Bro. Mickey Trammel officiating. Interment will be follow in the Shiloh Baptist Cemetery. His family will receive guests on Sunday evening, June 3, from 5 till 9pm at the funeral home. Born on November 19, 1939, in Adamsville, Tennessee, to Edward and Clatia Varnell English, he is married to Kathy Burcham English. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and was an accomplished Dobro player and played with several different bands over the years. Preceded him in death are his parents, his brother, Arnold English, and four infant siblings. To carry on his memory he leaves his loving wife, Kathy English of Corinth, brothers: Johnny English of Boise, Idaho, Arlas English of Guys, Tennessee, and Jamie English of Hohenwald, Tennessee, sisters: Dorothy Hayes of Jackson, Tennessee, and Edith English of Athens, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers wil be Brandon Forsyth, Harold English, Jack Tucker, Bill Morris, Lamont Russell, and Jimmy Jones, Honorary pallbearers will be the Hatch Bottom Boys.
