Jot was my husband's grandfather. Jot was the son of George and Virginia "Jenny" Herod Peevy. His parents are buried in Oakwood Cemetery in Leon Co, TX. He died at his home in Elkhart. He shares a stone with his wife, Teller Elizabeth Lambright Peevy, they were married 28 November 1913 in Anderson Co, TX. They were the parents of one child, Henry Edward Peevy. Jot was a farmer.
