Bio
Daughter of Charles & Mary (Luchsinger) Welch. She attended District #8 school in Colfax County. On January 13, 1925 Ruby married Ernest Egger in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After her husband's death in 1955, Ruby worked for 2 years at a bridal shop. She then went to work at St. Mary's Hospital in the cafeteria for 11 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus, the Trinity Ladies Aid and Naomi group. She was a former member of the Eagles Women Auxiliary, the Senior Citizens bowling league and several card clubs.
