She was a retired teacher and former member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Altar Society, and Pink Sisters Auxiliary. Survivors: daughter, Jeanne Moderow of Omaha; two grandchildren, Micaela & Joseph; sister, Julia Younquist of Pasco, Washington. Preceded in death by a daughter, Colette; sister, Marjorie; and son-in-law, Tom Moderow. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 a.m. Friday, 1/23/09 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 1940 South 77th Street, Monsignor Liam Barr officiating.
