SCHEER, Elvera Martha of Taylor. Age 61. Died 6/2/1990 (Sat.) in Johns Community Hospital. Prayer service held (Monday) at Condra Memorial Chapel. Services held (Tuesday) at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church at Wuthrich Hill. Burial in church cemetery. Rev. Paul Geye officiated. She was BORN 8/8/1928 at Wuthrich Hill Comm., daughter of the late Fritz and Ida (Meiske) Remmert. Lifetime resident of the community and employed as a seamstress with Taylor Bedding Co. for 26 years. Member of above church, where she was baptized in 1928 and confirmed in 1941. Preceded in death by son, Kenneth and 2 sisters. SURVIVORS: Husband, Cecil Scheer of Taylor; 2 daughters, Brenda K. Scheer of Taylor, Renee J. Estabrook & husband, Ralph of Stuttgart, Germany; sister, Nora Cameron & husband, Fred of Taylor; 2 brothers, Arnold Remmert & wife, Ida, Roy Remmert & wife, Irene of Taylor; brother-in-law, Emzy Weise of Thorndale; 2 grandchildren, Angela and Michael.
