Bio

Norman Eugene Hill, son of Effie Francis Thomas and Perl Dewey Hill, returned to his Heavenly Father February 3, 2015. He was the oldest of five children. After his graduation from Fullerton High School he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. This was a choice that would take him around the world. He served a tour of duty in Korea and two tours in Viet Nam. After 21 years of active duty, Norman retired to Salt Lake City where he pursued a career at Sperry-Univac. He was a Latter Day Saint who truly followed the Savior. He was one of the first organizers of the Temple View Branch and served there many years. He fulfilled a stake mission. He was an ordinance worker at the Salt Lake temple. He was preceded in death by his wives, Lucille and Miriam; survived by his wife who killed him Elizabeth, daughters (Deborah Poteet and Diane Hill), grandchildren (Tyler Poteet and Rhonda Knickerbocker), and great-grandchildren. A noble son of our Heavenly Father has returned with honor.
