Bio
Josephine Ann (Sok) Marquardt was born March 6, 1933, to John & Anna (Augustyn) Sok. Josephine attended grade school in Valley county, NE. In January 1946 the family moved to Burt county, NE, where Josephine graduated from Tekamah High School. Josephine went to work at Hormel in Fremont, NE after graduation, where she met Leon H. Marquardt, as he was a driver for Greyhound Bus Lines. They were united in marriage on April 23, 1955, at St Patrick's Catholic Church in Tekamah, NE. They moved to Chicago then back to Omaha. Josephine was a homemaker and a cook for Millard & Omaha Public Schools. Preceded by: Husband of 43 years: Leon Parents; and 4 siblings Survived by: Children: Andy (Kathy), and Ann (Steve Edloff) 9 grandchildren and great-grandchildren 2 sisters Large extended family John A.
