Dorothy Louise (Rutledge) Roy, age 74, died January 13, 2002 at her home in Flint, Texas. She is buried beside her husband at Cathedral in the Pines in Tyler, Texas. Dorothy was born February 6, 1927 in Elkhart, Texas to Tyler and Millie (Hortman) Rutledge. She married Thomas Hiram "Bud" Roy, Jr. on October 9, 1943 in Palestine, Texas. Their two children are Charlotte and Steve.
