Visitation: Friday, Aug. 3, 2007 Service: Saturday, Aug. 4, 2007 Cemetery: Hillcrest Garden of Memory Lucille Motley, 83, of Hillsboro died Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at Hill Regional Hospital in Hillsboro. Lucille was born August 22, 1923 in Hubbard, Texas the daughter of Julius and Emma (Adler) Muesse. She was raised in Malone and attended Savage School. She belonged to the Salem Lutheran Church in Malone where she was baptized and confirmed. Since 1947 she had lived in Hillsboro. On December 29, 1947 she married Theodore Motley in Hillsboro. Lucille was mostly a housewife all of her life. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Hillsboro where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Esther Guild. Preceding her in death were her parents; first husband, Raymond Mack Hennig, who was killed in WWII; and one brother, Vernon Muesse. Survivors include her husband, Theodore Motley of Hillsboro; two children, Kathleen DeArman and husband, Jerry of Burleson and Johnny Motley of Hillsboro; one granddaughter, April D-Anne Chappell and husband, Rodney, of Burleson; and three great-grandchildren, Allison Paige Chappell, Emily Ann Chappell, and Ryan Anderson Chappell all of Burleson.
